*A full day is 7 hours and Half day is 4 hours.

^Must book at least 2 hours. Minimum charge for editorial bookings is $240.00

A non-refundable booking confirmation deposit of 50% is required at time of booking. The remainder of total balance is to be paid via bank transfer/credit card/eftpos as arranged a few days ahead or in cash on the day.

Cancelled bookings within 2 weeks (6 weeks for weddings) will not get the 50% deposit refunded. Bookings Cancelled before 2 weeks (6 weeks for weddings) of original booking date will receive a full refund of the deposit but a $35.00 admin fee per person will be charged. Changes are welcomed at no cost, but are not always able to be accommodated.

If you are cancelling one or more of the persons booked for bridal hair/makeup, the 50% deposit for such person will not be refunded.

To cancel or amend a booking please do so in writing via E-Mail, sam@samsteel.co.nz. No bookings will be cancelled or amended until a confirmation E-Mail is received.

Travel is normaly included in any quote/price. If the makeup artist is required to travel more than 45mins or out of the auckland area, a small fee will be charged. You will be advised of any additional costs before the day. Parking is not included in any quote (unless stated) and is to be pre arranged and paid for by you. If the booking is within a hotel, the makeup artist will charge the parking to the room unless advised other wise.

Sam Steel Cosmetics Ltd is a GST registered company, but some of our contracted makeup artists are not. If you require a GST receipt/makeup artist please advise so at time of booking.

No credit will be given to 'Cash Accounts'. To apply for a charge account contact sales@samsteel.co.nz

All unpaid overdue invoices will have a 15% late payment penalty added. Unless arranged prior the normal account terms are 7 working days from invoice date.
